  3. Soak cloves in water, envisioning warmth and positivity.
  4. Combine apples, lemon juice, coconut sugar, and clove-infused water. Cook for 10 minutes.

Part TWO: Berry Bliss

  1. 500gms Mixed Berries
  2. Juice of 1 x lemons
  3. 1 level table spoon Coconut sugar
Instructions
Express gratitude for nature’s gifts and mix berries into the apple blend.
CRUMBLE: Infusing Love and Intention

1 cup / 100g almond meal
  2. 
1 cup / 140g all-purpose gluten-free flour
  3. 
1 cup / 120g gluten-free rolled oats
  4. 
½ teaspoon baking powder
  5. 
¾ cup / 120g coconut sugar
  6. 
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  7. Pinch of salt
  8. 
½ cup / 110 grams coconut oil, melted (measured while solid)
  9. 
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
Blend almonds, add dry ingredients, and mix with love while chanting your mantra for 10 minutes.

  1. Place fruit mixture, then crumble, into a baking dish.
  2. Bake at 160°C (320°F) for 40 minutes, symbolizing transformation and renewal.
