Fruit Crumble Guru

Part ONE: Apple Preparation
Ingredients:
Fruit:
  1. 9 x Large Granny Smith Apples
  2. Juice of 1 x lemons
  3. 1 level table spoon Coconut sugar
  4. 6 x cloves
Instructions
  1. Peel, core, and chop the apples.
  2. Soak cloves in water.
  3. Combine apples, lemon juice, coconut sugar, and clove-infused water. Cook for 10 minutes.

Part TWO: Berry Bliss
Fruit:
  1. 500gms Mixed Berries
  2. Juice of 1 x lemons
  3. 1 level table spoon Coconut sugar
Instructions
Combine nature’s gifts: mix berries into the apple blend.
CRUMBLE
  1. 
1 cup / 100g almond meal
  2. 
1 cup / 140g all-purpose gluten-free flour
  3. 
1 cup / 120g gluten-free rolled oats
  4. 
½ teaspoon baking powder
  5. 
¾ cup / 120g coconut sugar
  6. 
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  7. Pinch of salt
  8. 
½ cup / 110 grams coconut oil, melted (measured while solid)
  9. 
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
Blend almonds, add dry ingredients, and mix  while chanting your mantra for 10 minutes.
Bringing It All Together: The Sacred Bake
  1. Place fruit mixture, then crumble, into a baking dish.
  2. Bake at 160°C (320°F) for 40 minutes.
